Industrial laser marking machine is to bring higher production efficiency and create higher value to enterprises. So how can we improve the marking speed of fiber laser marking machine?
1. Influencing factors
The main factors of the optical industrial laser marking machine are divided into two factors, the internal factors and the processing work pieces.
The internal factors are mainly laser frequency, laser spot mode and beam divergence angle, laser power, reasonable optical shaping and auxiliary gas processing. The internal factors are mainly in the early stage selection, should follow the advice of the laser engineer to choose and purchase. Another factor needs to be paid attention to in the process of customer processing, mainly for marking density, marking amplitude, depth of marking and size of laser spot.
2. Fiber laser source power
For laser machine , higher power will always improve the efficiency of working .
3. Marking density
When the same width, the same spot and the same depth, the higher the marking density, the slower the corresponding marking speed. The reason is that the density directly increases the area of the marking.
In the software , we can adjust by the hatch line distance .
4. Marking amplitude
Because the deflection area of the large scale marking mirror is increased, the marking speed of the large scale is slower than that of the small plane.
This is why we don’t suggest bigger working area lens , will reduce the the output power because of the longer focus length, so that you need reduce the speed to keep same marking effect .
5. Marking depth
According to the demand, if we want to deepen the marking, we need to adjust the parameters of the industrial laser marking machine and increase the power and current of the fiber laser marking machine, so we will affect the marking speed in these processes.
More loops will mark deeper , longer time you take , deeper it will engrave .
